Envelopes are a very powerful tool for Analyze AND Trading Live with the same tools.

I use Displaced Centered Moving Averages 256, 128 and 32 Time Unit

A key factor is the "vibration" (Gann Octave) used to build the 3 Envelopes.

According to Gann this "vibration" is the factor to which the financial instrument you trade is the most sensitive.

Let's check it for the DAX

Time Unit = 24 H / 1 minute - Envelopes parameters : 256 / 62,5 / 128 / 31,25 / 32 : 15,625

Envelopes parameters can be kept identical to those used in 24 H / 1 Minute

It is sometimes useful to keep both charts working at the same time

Hi Parisboy,

what chart software are you using? Is it online (that would be preferrable).

Unfortunately, IG Index doesn't have much more on envelopes.
I'm not sure how much equivalence there is with Bollinger, as medici has already mentioned.
The MAs don't have displacement parameters.

For the 6 Months Timeframe you DOUBLE the Envelopes parameters

Gann Fan drawn off the swing low and Fibo Speed/Resistance Arc draw off of swing low and first swing high where Gann Fan intersects.

Dots are just pivots with a strength of 3. Should of left them off for more clarity along with TD Seq indicator.
