I think Stop hunting depends on the contract type you trade. If you are offered to open pure interbank positions then institutional traders who have access to book and order flow may clear some near stops (like 10-20 pips). If you are CFD trader then broker can hunt your stops in case he makes market for you. And this should be clearly described in ToS
