The UK always does what the Americans do, so i dont think it will be long before the FSA also implements this changes. There was a thread started 2 years ago about Governments not wanting retail forex to exist.

First of all you would need to use a non US broker. As the NFA has banned hedging and also SELL LIMIT and SELL STOP orders. However, there is a rumour that FSA (UK) is going to bring in the same restrictions for UK brokers.

The higher the better. Personally i use 4H. Also, i BUY / BUY / BUY or SELL / SELL / SELL. This helps keep drawdown very low. ....Finally, i wouldnt enter trades if their are pending news statements affecting USD.

Expert Advisors and Inidcators will at the very least need to be recompiled. In some cases, parts or all the code (extreme) will need to be rewritten.
