You actually have already been paying that . It is 0.50 per 10 000 $ but 1$ per 10 000$ traded. You pay 0.50 to open the position and 0.50 to close it.

I don't think there is any maximum for the spreads they just change with the market and the volatibility. The leverage is 100:1.

AS far as I know you don't. You have to own a live MBT account and buy a Ninjatrader license. you can also have demo licence of Ninjatrader and use it with the demo account of MBT.
