Hello ozzyman, Price was reacting of the daily and 4hr demand zone. I was waiting for a sign that buyers were stepping in. That's why I choose that 1hr DZ.

You can see where my initial stop loss was at the picture above. It is that little red stripe. I placed it a couple of pips below the 1hr demand zone.

Your thinking is correct. A possible way to trade these zones is: place half of your position at the higher DZ and half of your position at the lower DZ. Place both of your stops below the lowest zone.
