It is an EA that uses the martingale approach to ensure profit. I have been using it on a demo account and today I had a 20% drawdown before making a 1% profit. Very dangerous.

It works like a normal currenex broker with minimum trade size of $200k. I believe they are somehow putting some sort of wrapper around the currenex prices but I do not know that much about it yet - still looking into it.
