I don't think that the EA was ever completed. From what I understand, there is a little bit too much discretion involved in the system to code it right.

Banks & brokers that deal over the phone do this every single day hundreds of times a day ... imagine (1) a customer rings up, (2) asks for a two-way quote in a particular pair, (3) dealer responds with a two-way price, (4) customer tells dealer ...

I was thinking more along the lines of doing this from inside an EA. As opposed to submitting a market buy order or market sell order (as you can do currently) and seeing what price it was executed after the fact. ... then changing it too ... 1) ...
