How do you decide how much profit you are going to take? Sometimes you get 2 sometimes 20, is it just having a manual trailing stop kind of thing?

Hi Buovangvn I see lots of your posts, and you seem quite successful in scalping 10 pips or so consistantly, just wondering what you set your stop loss too? Or how much pain do you take before you close a trade if you don't set a stop loss? Thx

Hi Gator Yesterday you said this just after the big bear move down, just wondering if you did end up reshorting at this level or if when PA hit this level you decided not too. Or maybe i totally misunderstood the comment and you didn't go short here ...

Gator is this your short from 3307? Just wondering if you eventually set a limit exit or if you've just been watching this manually and decided to exit off that move because you see a weak long signal now? thx

Cloggie you talk a lot about entries, but I think the exit is just as important and it isn't discussed as much. What's your exit strategy? You're up 400, which is a lot compared to the majority of people here that appear to be scalpers. Do you scale ...

Good Luck! — Hi Apt I follow your posts on the EUR/USD thread as well, wish you the best of luck. Looks like your money management risk is quite high if you can lose 30% in a day, remember consistancy is the key, I found when i tried to swing ...

I'm not a veteran, but I've had 2 similiar situations. One time, the brokers feed went crazy, showed the market up 1000 pips or something stupid and margined me out, a week or more later, they put me back in the trade. Was a bit shit as I was going ...

Cloggie you've talked about trading break outs of ranges over the last few days but I'm wondering how you enter? You were talking about not shorting until the market hit 3364, does that mean you set an entry order there? 5 pips past? 10 pips past? ...

Just wondering if the majority of guys here put in entry orders? Or do you just watch the chart and have fast fingers when the break outs occur? Especially curious of you Gator, since you have so many different levels. cheers furble

I was going to ask the same question, but it looks like you're buying? Main day trend is down, but hour trend just turned up? Were we meant to sell off the first bounce? I'm new to this strat, but noticed the 62 EMA on EU, so thought I'd jump ...

Good thread. I was thinking about starting a thread like this myself, so many systems on here, but do any of them actually work? Or are they all subjective frameworks with a bunch of blind supporters? To me a system is not subjective, it has a set ...

Since everyone else is printing money, I don't think it would make much of a difference. It seems the current account surplus is what's keeping the Yen strong. Although strong Yen will eventually hurt the economy, EU, US are already up shit creek
