That does not matter. Plenty of times zones in specific timeframes work even though in lower ones there doesn't seem to be anything. Don't get confused or distracted by timeframes that do not matter.

Got that same EURUSD daily demand zone marked too. Nice RBR formation.

You shouldn't even be taking those zones, they are bad. (with the exception of the highest one)
