Simply split the amount you want to invest between different fund managers, if their returns has low correlation (like they use different strategies, etc.) you should get better risk-reward

You can also connect to their websocket simulating browser, I've done that in several binary options platforms since the process is similar and greatly improved efficiency of scalping.

You can check Hotforex or Tickmill they offer accounts with high leverage but it isn't possible to do with FCA or ASIC regulated entities.

As it was said before you get zero benefits from FCA or ASIC if you don't live in UK or Australia. Their offshore branch can be no different from brokers which operate exclusively offshore. So I would doubt that we have to consider many licenses ...

It depends on how often it happens. If you start to lose consistenly because of that clearly it's a reason to stop. In my broker such spread widening is rare, however it happens.
