I just closed my account with them today. I was with them from 2002 to 2008 and 2017 to today. To keep me with them, they offered to switch me over to the institutional platform (Currenex). 50k is a good starting balance. Currenex accounts require ...

I started trading at OANDA from 2002. I had to stop in 2008 due to other commitments. I was quite a fanboy of OANDA back then and recommended them to all those traders that asked me. They weren't perfect. But overall probably one of the best market ...

I actually enjoy reading some of the posts. Not sure what the red flags are. As a new member, my posts were on hold for hours or even over the weekend.

I can't recall ever making more than 500 - 600 pips per position myself. After a few hundred pips there is always something to trigger my exit.

I guess I'm a loser by your definition - 6+ months of profitable returns in a row. I'm working on my fifth this month. We'll see if I make it to be a successful trader by the end of Summer. I don't mind being a loser when my NAV is greater than my ...

I trade @OANDA. Interest earned alone was 2k+, more than what I paid last year when I was a dollar bear.

I've been trading from the long side for the past 3+ months from around 105. But I never kept my positions - kept taking profits (200 to 300 pips) and long again on pullbacks. In fact, I've been trading long dollars against all the majors this way ...
