I was thinking the same - I have found Alpari UK to be a great broker, one of the good eggs in a market that has it's fair share of rotten apples! It may seem a far fetched idea but it is at least worth exploring. So if any of you are on twitter I ...

Yes pa has been a bind today! Escaped my short with -7 just moments before the close of the hour after I entered. In hindsight probably a bit optimistic/enthusiastic but it did have the resistance of the 200ema. Then recovered the pips + a few on ...

I think you're right! And the market seems to agree with you at the moment.

Agreed - I generally avoid a trade if my stoploss needs to be bigger than 10pips - but this is discretionary depending on how the market has been moving. I also tend to set to BE as quickly as possible - some will run on and others stop me out ...

I realise that in the original thread the guy ended up creating and charging for an indicator. However, I have never felt this method was indicator material - there is always too much feel for where the price is in relation to many factors, ma's, ...

Hi Rescator This was one of the problem I was having which is why I now filter out some of the moves. I figure less is more in this instance.

As promised here are the indicators I use all can be found on on the FX Prime original thread. 1. Double CCI with SMA (CCI-34 SMA-21) 2. Double CCI with SMA (CCI-170 SMA-21) 3. T3 RSI (8) Levels 55 & 45 4. TOR 1.20 5. Trendstuffer I realise that I ...

Hi Esser & JICSSBR I have created a new thread for this called "FX Prime Revisited". Unfortunately, my PC with all my indis is off for the evening so will post them up tomorrow. Hopefully, we can get this going again albeit with quite a few tweaks ...

There seems to be some interest building in the old FX Prime thread. It's a system that I have ...

If anyone is interested in reviving this system it would be nice to get it going again.
- Tedster replied Jun 18, 2013
Yes, but I use the original setting cci 34 and 170, T3 RSI (8) and a trend following indicator I have. I only take an entry when my trend following indicator triggers inline with the 34 and 170 CCI setup otherwise I let the move go. This seems to ...
