syedks, That was similar to the question I'd asked earlier . . . if conditions are present at the 6GMT candle (even thought they occurred on a prior candle) then we take the signal. Harold may confirm this. AK

Taxes — Actually, a trader is able to net profits & losses and then pays the tax on the net of the two. In the case you have explained no taxes would be due because his net is zero. AK

Cms — I use a cable modem to connect to CMS; it is extremely fast compared to other connections I have used - maybe that is why I have not experienced any connectivity problems. AK
