There are very few offshore brokers left that are still offering services US clients. Pretty much the only trustworthy and reliable one is PlexyTrade, they offer 2000:1 leverage, which is pretty damn high.

Sorry....didn't notice that you had checked an option to include commission. Just because an account is not ECN, it by no way means that it must be MM, it could also be straight STP or DMA/STP (which in my opinion is almost on par with ECN). ...

I don't know where you verified that they are regulated in New Zealand...that is not the case ! They are Headquartered (and Registered) in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, they are not regulated.
