I got stopped out. That is what I get for not waiting for a candle to close below my TF. The dollar is still way far from falling under the TF so it beats me right now. Anyway have fun, just for the heck of it, I might just take a trade on my wife's ...

I have my SL at .8673 so if I get stopped out, I am going to let this pair settle a little bit. I am afraid to even look at where this sits with 34 EMA's.

Took a short at .8653 with a TP of .8568. Might as well join the insanity, but I will keep my finger on the trigger.

That is flippin hilarious, now the dollar made a move finally so it looks like another short, but it will have to break .8653 before I take it.

Here is what makes this environment so tough. We did break through the Time Forcast Line on my 60 min also, but the dollar is moving so little that I wasn't about to take that trade. You can look back on where I originally took my first short, and ...

I don't like where the dollar is, but is coming down. I am going to wait to see if it breaks the line going down, which it hasn't broke through the line in 34 hours either. The line that you have AUDUSD pushing against as Resistance, I have as a ...

Here is my 60 Min Gold Index Chart, and 15 Min AUDUSD.

This is the first time in 34 hours that the AUD has challenged that Time Forcasted Linear Regression line that I have on my 60 minute chart. It it is the red line running through my candles. Obviously, I wouldn't be surprised if it is rejected, but ...

Good point if your SL is a moving trailing stop.

Good insight and good observation. I would assume that every thread like this one has it's fair share of momentum and swing traders. At times I almost have to ignore the swing traders when I am trading maybe a 20 PIP retracement, but the difference ...

So what is your exit plan for all of this profit. You must have a bottom in mind. . Now if I remember right you use what I would define as a geometric charting method, Ichimoku right? I learned the hard core fundamentals surrounding momentum ...

H7, I have been really interested in using geometric charting especially Andrew's Fork to manage my exits and confirm my entries. I have Andrew's Fork as a tool, but I am not skilled at plotting it yet. Any suggestions on where I might learn? Thanks ...

Just to give you guys an idea of where my Time Forecasted Linear Regression line sits right now. On a 15 min chart, it would need to cross somewhere in the area of .8720 even if it did that it is a weak indication. On a 60 min chart, it would need ...

When it started channeling, I got a little nervous or lucky rather to be able to get out actually a little ahead. Not much, but about even on NZD and 6 PIP's on AUD. What is happening now is so far off of the indication charts that I don't plan to ...

You closed your long when the dollar might get sent packing from 79.53? what happened to patience?
- Ducci replied Feb 3, 2010
You mean you don't want to see my chart again . You still didn't take my original trade unless you joined after I cashed out. It is a little rough right this second, but I feel much better about a short term long position right now then taking ...

I am setting my TP a little more conservative. I am totally with DT on the 10 to 100 PIP per trade plan so my TP on AUD is .8858, and my TP on NZD is .7014 (volume for NZD is a little shaky during the Asian session thus the tighter TP) total goal is ...

I entered long on NZD at .6990, and long on AUD at .8809. The dollar has a strong CCI indication that it is coming down now 200 down to 100. I have a spring coil on a 15 min chart on AUD, and it is about to break my 60 min linear regression line. I ...

Seriously, that was just me joking around, or my just a failed attempt to be funny. We only had 2 announcements today that were supposedly high impact, one was 30 min ago, but I don't see really any changes. We have one more left with the ...
