EC can indeed have bigger swings, but I'm not yet sure that's a reason to start using a bigger stop. This one particular setup didn't take off immediately, but if you look at previous examples of this type of setup, you'll see price taking off ...

If you're planning on opening a 50k account, I'd also have a look at Marex (link thread FF). The liquidity they seem to provide access to looks promising, from what I can tell. Too bad the thread starter never gave an update on how his experience ...

Hi V, I'm really sorry to hear about your mum's passing away. My condolences to you and mrs. V.

Thank you very much for your kind words, EV. Your interpretation of Acumen's plan has a lot of similarities with Vantage's Higher Low, Lower High method, which has been one of the major influences on own way of approaching trading. Everybody has ...

It's been a lovely afternoon today. I've been busy doing other stuff, but hopefully some people here managed to get some of these easy pips. image image image

That is correct, EV. First of all, I was looking for shorting opportunities, since the news induced sell-off yesterday morning suggested the trend at the time was down. I assumed the retracement following the sell-off was going to break ...
