A "hand Friendly" way to refresh is simply by hitting the F5 key on your keyboard. Doing so will refresh the page and take you back to the same line you left it on so you can see any post that are there after. It is alot easier than mouse navigating ...

Thanks, I have set up a demo account to veiw that platform and try to make sense of it myself. I have also set up a demo on EFX to check that one out. These platforms are all really different. I have always used fxsolutions so I had no idea.

I am with you on this one, I just closed on my short trades. This could go either way, and I for one am going to sit tight till tomorrow when we see what the news brings.
