extremely risky entry with so tight/narrow SL in declining PA. In my opinion, if trend is up and PA is declining, SL must be at some distance to pick the trend without getting SL hit.

what I can see in your setup, if you enter after close above the last resistance or support in same time frame it will be safer for you to grab some profit and reduce the chance of hitting stop loss.
