There are? I thought you said they just have to look "obvious?" Are these rules a part of the private community? Thus far everything I have read about the trend lines simply states that you connect the last two peaks or valleys and that they have to ...

What I meant by the comment was that there is no....how to say this....way to quantify the peaks/valleys. In other words it would be like saying a peak is not a peak unless it does X. Kinda like quantifying supply or demand. Its only demand if it ...

Thanks for your time Alfonso. Here are my new charts below. It seems that just about every peak and valley should be connected with a trend line. Stockguy

What do you guys think of this?

I notice on your gold chart that you have your downward trend line being broken in HTF demand. Does this have to be? What if the trend line gets broke before price reaches the HTF? After all price might fake out and stop you out then. Stockguy

It could be a little bit of a focus problem. I do have two consistent problems though. A) I can't always distinguish between a CP and valley/peak. B) I don't always know where to look to find the supply/demand to be broken. If you look at my chart ...

Your right Alfonso. I can't believe I missed that!! . I guess I was just trying to wrap some hard rules around drawing trend lines. The term "obvious peaks/valleys? does not help. I tend to see them everywhere at times. So the trend lines ...

Hey Alfonso. I have a question on the GBP/CAD you marked up. Thanks Stockguy

Bernhard, I believe that the WOW trade is available in his private community. I think it still uses the same core set-up though.

Hey Alfonso. It's funny you just posted this example. I have been practicing over the last several days and many pairs are consolidating like this. It certainly makes things more challenging. In this case though you can just sell the highs and buy ...

The only thing I can add to this is that I have yet to find hard fast rules for what a CP is. All of the videos mention "obvious" peaks and valleys. None of the videos mention exactly what or how a level is termed "CP." Does anyone have more insight ...

I think I understand. You are saying that while it is a demand zone. It would be suicide to take a long at that daily level given that its right under weekly supply.
- Stockguy replied Sep 22, 2015
You are right that the weekly supply will likely take out that daily demand. If I would take a long it would only be up to that weekly level. This of course would be higher risk and high on the weekly curve. BUT, with that aside. Are you saying that ...

Hey Burnhard. You ask a good question as this is one I have asked myself before. Although there is no supply on the left where you are probably looking. Price did take out that high I have marked. I have seen Alfonso use this same type of analysis ...

What do you think of this Alfonso. Marks are on the chart.
- Stockguy replied Sep 21, 2015
Thanks for that reply Alfonso. Thats of great help to me!
- Stockguy replied Sep 17, 2015
I have found that that's not always the case though. There are times you might find a demand zone from yesterday or 4 hours ago, and others might be from two or three weeks ago. I was talking about this with Chawl as well. It would seem to me that ...

Alfonso, if you don't mind. Can you double check this chart in the quote for me. Sometimes I am confused as to where I should be looking for s/d to be broken. Thanks, Stockguy

Hey Bernard. You should wait for confirmation from Alfonso, but I was just using this chart to show how the multiple time frames work together. I was not drawing price action to show how it uses up levels and such. The main point to take away from ...
