Thanks a lot for the reply, the 3rd trade can be seen in this image, where the real price closing value is indicated by the pink line (not the HA close as that's obviously not the actual close in case anyone's wondering).... The real closing price ...

Hey RP, enjoying the thread! Just looking at these trades on my chart and trying to understand your process. Do you move your SL quite aggressively as the trade moves in your favour? I ask because waiting for the close of candle on the highlighted ...

Thanks for clearing that up, very helpful. Suppose it feels a bit odd though as the candle is still open and therefore the cross is not confirmed - any advice or thoughts on this? Also, I assume that then means that exits based on the angle of the ...

Just normal 5min candles at the moment, haven't really experimented much with other chart types. Am using the system how you originally laid it out with sar, 20ema, %r and PA. Am open to testing other things

I'm also looking into using this for some indices and gold/silver - would you make any adjustments to the system for those instruments or do you think it's ok as it is?

Thanks for the help. If you were in 5 trades, what would your worst case scenario risk be in terms of %? I've been doing about 0.5% with a 20pip SL per trade (which is rarely hit). Also, out of curiosity - which is your favourite strategy out of ...

Hey rocky, thanks v much for the thread. I'm trading the original version with the ema, %r, and SAR and am quite enjoying it for fx! I know you don't worry too much about entering trades across correlated pairs, but I was wondering whether you limit ...
