Ultimately the speed which you have access to information is entirely dependent on the amount of investment you put into your trading setup. Of course if you are trading from home and rely on your broker platform alone you are 3 steps behind.

Can you please tell me where you got your tick data from for your back testing. Testing on 1 min tick data means a heap of data when you back test on a few years of info.

form what I can see on their website this broker appears to be unregulated. They have an address in Panama which is even more concerning. I am not sure what you can do here.
