The thing is as far as anyone knew, the NFA included, FXLQ was one of the big players. I think FXLQ account holders should consider going after the NFA for their money.

Deutsche Bank has licensed FXCM's trading software. That's no secret, but look at the currency pairs dbFX offers and their spreads. Compare those to FXCM. Deutsche Bank provides the liquidity for the dbFX platform.

It's definitely FXCM's software, but dbFX offers more currency pairs than FXCM or MF, so DB might be providing their own liquidity.
