I think you're gonna have a hard time finding a broker with that time zone. I've traded with dozens of brokers and I've never seen such a broker. By far the most popular time zone is GMT +2/+3 with either US or UK DST (daylight saving time). Some ...

Actually the USD index is not that uncommon (see pictures). I've never seen the other currency indices, though.

It's more of a weak dollar than a strong yen. The euro is at 4-month highs against the dollar.

Well, the GMT +2/+3 time zone is by far the most popular among forex brokers and the most "correct" one. For example, FXOpen, ICMarkets, Roboforex, and many, many others. I prefer the first one but I'm also trading with other brokers as well.

You probably tried launching it over the weekend and/or on a symbol in which the quotes are not being updated. Otherwise the EA is working just fine on the latest MT4 builds. image
