anyone know if you can adjust the moving averages in Oanda's platform? Looking to set up multiple MA's based on High, Low and Close but doesn't look possible..??

They're going after the Oanda customers.

Thanks!

I'm a current MB account holder however, my account is dormant since I've been trading at Oanda. I was looking into the getting paid for limit orders promotion and was struck by the ambiguity in the disclaimer (posted below). Who defines ...

I think the 47% number comes from the fact that Oanda only pays traders for making winning trades.

Everyday on this site there is a new level of ignorance on display. You look pretty all dressed up in it.

No disconnects here all morning.

Your minute chart looks identical to mine. Change yours to a 30sec time frame and see if you get the same look as the one I posted. I'm guessing you will given our match on the 1min.

The most obvious occurred 12/1 around 10:50am CST. Have a look at the minute or smaller time frames. Today's data seemed to print just fine. However, the platform itself had inverted quotes...

I've had no issues this week at all, including all news times.

Same here, no disconnect but just a "lag out" which is more or less the same as getting disconnected.

If you're seriously going to measure a brokers connectivity, it needs to be done over time, not hinge on one single news event here or there. Unless of course your only time spent trading is on major news which judging by some of the posts, appears ...

How about advertising? Isn't Oanda one of the few, if only, brokers listed that doesn't advertise?
- bugscoe replied Oct 18, 2010
Agh damn! That DOES mean Oanda traders are 2x better. I bet Oanda is running TP's!? Time for a new boogieman.

Unlikely. Interest is to damn low. You'd have to assume some 25-30% of accounts are inactive with no prior losses at Oanda. My account collects approx $0.18 cents a day in interest. One loss is all it takes.

So you're saying the 95% failure rate in trading is a myth?

Have you read the stupid non-sense on this forum with regards to Oanda? It makes perfect sense that all the losers with their conspiracy theories trade elsewhere.
