All the indicators were pointing UP — G'day all, Some good comments regarding the EURO trade. It was definately a long play. If for nothing else, you'll see from my chart below that 1.4700 was tested at least 5 times, so the support was there ...

Hi Dan, Just curious. I was also in at 1.4750 but my price never got to +100 so that I could move it to BE (fell 6 pips short, and not while I was at the pc - I'm with IBFX). Consequently, my SL was hit for -100. I, too, am now waiting for an entry ...

G'day all, Any chance that one of the more MT4-capable folks here could take a look at this EA and ensure it is compatible with 5 decimal brokers? Cheers, Art...

G'day Dreamliner, Generally, I use 80% of the ATR of the last 5 days. With some of the more volatile pairs, you may have to set a more realistic SL if the ATR value is low. Cheers, Andrew.

G'day Alex, Can you explain how you came up with these numbers? 60%? 65%? A greater % of winners does not equate to a greater % of winnings. I believe the idea is to keep things as simple as possible. In this instance, the only purpose I see for ...

G'day Inflection, Amen to that. I think most people believe in this. Why would anybody post their ideas on a public forum if not for the opportunity to get feedback and improve on their original ideas? I applaud your endeavour. You explain yourself ...

G'day Cool, That's how I've been thinking about it, but I'm not convinced it's the "correct" way to reflect the account growth (or lack thereof). My reason for saying this is that in a year from now when my account is 10 times my initial deposit ...

Trades for week ending 29/6/2007 — G'day all, Well I seem to be running very hot and cold on alternate weeks. I think this has more to do with the trends available in the markets. I suppose the key would be to really grab hold of a trend when ...

G'day rpg, For starters, don't take every cross you see. Try taking only the crosses where they fall in relation to the mid-BB level. For example, if you have a cross up and the cross occurs below the mid-point of the BB, then take it. If the cross ...
