if its a build issue and you have the .mq4 files then open them in a build 224 MetaEditor and compile them and then save them into your indicators folder...this worked for a number of my indicators.

do you have one particular method of trading? I dont mean to be insulting but if you employ all the indicators you have requested here you may end up having analysis paralysis...
