Price is tamed and synchronized by breaking down the levels, from Yearly to Daily. Time is a different thing altogether, it is tamed by observing it, time has got nothing to do with levels. Levels and Price are relative and dependent, time is not.

Not when it has a very small range, a tip, don't use small ranges during New York and it is completely inside of the one I used except for a couple of pips very early in the day. Use London and New York to change levels.
