Its called widening spreads and they do this for years. They even have tool called Historical Spreads where you check maximum possible spread for any pair and adjust your risk accordingly. Do your homework

ICMarkets not a futures broker. MT4 not designed to trade actual futures contracts. Only MT5. Your best bet would be discount brokers offering MT5 such as AMP Futures. The only way around - to pay somebody to convert MT4 indicators to MT5.

With Oanda you'll have same problem - exotic pairs, daily candle close, wide spreads, small SL - move your stops or reduce position size.
