At long last...I also got the balance of my monies yesterday.Big Thankyou to FSCS and to all the other contributors on this thread in keeping each other informed and hope alive.I hope that was the last of us and that no one else is waiting.

Some positive news at last...I have received the Application for Compensation form from the FSCS to complete and send back...the wheels are slowly turning... However, I had to phone in and request that the form be emailed to me as the postal service ...

Also in exactly the same situation.FSCS siad I must await their emailed application form in order to claim the outstanding balance of 45% but still nothing....

I also only got back 55% despite opting for the FSCS to settle me in full.Upon enquiring from the FSCS as to when the balance was going to be refunded, I was told that I had to email a request to them assigning the remainder of the balance to them ...

I assigned my full claim to the FSC but KPMG paid out 55%.I don't know how that happened.I imagine that the FCA will sort out the remainder of the 45%....

No but it was a Joint account.....

I have also now just got back 55% of my capital...... Thankyou KPMG Hmmmm.....wonder why FCA taking so long

Also in SA with same situation....sometimes bank wants you to fill in forms from Reserve Bank before deposit reflects so look out for an email from your Bank.
