It should be 7.00-7.10 GMT So the range of the 7.00 and 7.05 5m candle. For simplicity I have mine set up on a 10 min chart so it is just the high and low of the 7.00 candle Another nice easy win today.

Thanks Bob, I didn't get pipped in on the long (just about missed it), so took profit on the short. I understand Cains adding the spread to the box but don't see what the significance is of adding it to the long side but not the short side, in forex ...

Its a good idea to at least reference the 15 and 30m charts before taking trades, especially using the HMA.

The 1.000 just shows what the level is on the current candle, its not possible to have the lag at 1 because it would just be a flat line, so I assume his lag is .8
