You're a smarter trader than most, and you know how to make money. At least thats my impressions from being around FF over the years. The final frontier is really yourself, this is the greatest test for every man. This is the key. Have a look at why ...

Best of wishes on this thread, I also think trading on a longer timeframe is a good way to survive in the long term. Subscribed.

I don't think you're supposed to read that part too literally to the point you should be constructing a trading system out of it. Price goes up, price comes down. Most of the time, price will move one way or another to a new location. I think the ...

Just checking in here after being away for some time, and its a shame to read so much negative sentiment around GO Markets. I've been a client of theirs for a long time, probably from 2009 till about 2012, when I made the switch over to another ...

Anyone still using this besides me? Steve?

You're right about that, that's more about managing our own psychological state as much as it is money management. Seen too many days where a +30 or +40 turn back to breakeven resulting in follow-up tilt trading. Congrats on that lovely last trade!

Sorry couldnt help myself with a cheeky short before I head out now to dinner. Saw a sell at the 3153 level again post-London open, shorted. Took half position off for 15 points for risk control, remainder move to break even coz that's it I've had ...

Looks good Steve, but i think easter holidays are now starting to have an impact on the market. I'm going to wait till next week for more opportunities. Had been quite successful the last 2 weeks playing the EUR/USD 3153 to 3398 broad range with the ...

Keeping post #650 in mind, if you were in a mind to sell and executed an order at 3300, then presumably: your stop would be above 3322....say +10; and your profit target would be somewhere between 3188 to 3130? Does that sound sensible Steve? ...

Yes you could well be right, I'll have to check it out. I'm starting to make sense of MFSI, but I'm pretty sure I don't know how to utlise it yet. Like if the current bar rolls from negative 1200 (bids) to positive 400 (ask), but the price doesn't ...

Yeah I must admit I too have noticed the widening of Go's spreads compared to when I first started using in April 2009. Back then EURUSD spread was averaging around 1.1-1.3.....these days it seems more like 1.6 to 2.1. I must say, this new 2 pip ...

MFSI — Anyone notice orderbookfx_mfsi + orderbookfx.mql slows down quite dramatically after about 10 mins? Seems like its drawing too many objects, and bogging down. I have to refresh the window by changing the timeframe and back again, and ...

Hi Rockshore and Pardy I've just signed up for the demo today, are you able to email this indicator or put it on the OFFX website? Secondly, when are you running another seminar? Or do you have a live trading room I can join? I need to understand ...

Thank you for the clarification Chris. I've been a customer since April 2009 and I seen how the servers performed on a daily basis. Execution is mostly fine, subject to episodic server related issues which are mostly fixed quite quickly. To other ...

Speaking of IFR, I'm currently getting a free feed off DBFX's bi-monthly demo account. Very useful. Unfortunately DBFX will be closing down and selling up at the end of this week, so no more free feed. Does anyone know where we can alternate access ...

Mine works fine as well, just started to use this week. Awesome stuff. Do you have to manually run the FFcal at the start of each week, or auto? Many thanks for making such a neat indicator Hanover.

Bleek and Crucial Point have already done their jobs, insofar they've pointed me towards something beyond what I've thought is possible far more quickly than I would have arrived at solely by my efforts. If Bleek comes back to participate, its a win ...
