Limit your leverage and dont trade a system without at least 1.3:1 r:r. .3 covers the "hidden spread". If you take 10 pip wins and 11 pip stops your DEAD.

The bar you have marked supply can also be defined as an effort to rise. Since you are looking at taking out the lows of the bar, if this truly is an effort to rise and fails it produces an even more strong sign of weakness.
