Just now I logged in the claim portal again, and I found that the web page changed back to the status when I uploaded my documents on April. It looks OK now.

Yes, I have checked the emails many times (including spam mail folder). I am sure there is no confirmation email. Maybe I am in the second tranche because I have never withdraw money from Alpari UK so the bank account information is new.
