You guys need to calm down... there can be numerous reasons for then to put you in the second tranche - they can (for example) have dealt with Europeans first, or with a certain amount of due money.

No, that can't be it - I had to submit documentation and were in the first tranche. I've not changed bank details, but I corrected personal data - and for that, they asked me to submit bank details again. And I was in first tranche.

Besides ETX, I haven't had any weird contacts from other forex companies... none of that - all normal here.

Money is back!! Received almost 4% more! Good luck to all, and some patience more to those who are still waiting... it's almost over.

Just out of curiosity, is there anyone among those, like myself, who received the e-mail last Friday saying that payment has been sent, but haven't received it in their account yet?
- tonirai replied May 20, 2015
I don't think that will affect timing much... at least it doesn't seem to have in my case: I corrected a detail in my name (first name in double), and because of that, later they asked me to input my bank details all over again (from scratch), and ...

Not all, still waiting here... but I guess it depends on the speed of each one's bank. Nice to see the exchange rate is benefiting some of us, the ones with euro accounts... I guess at least we earn the interest for all this time with the money tied ...

Hope this helps - Checking my e-mails about this: - I have agreed balance on 5 March (confirmation e-mail received); - Sent the proxy form for the meeting the same day, 5 March (confirmation e-mail received); - Sent documents to correct my name, ...

I'm not worried... these things sometimes take time. For me, 3 to 5 days after being sent is normal. National transfers to a different bank here takes 2-3 days, so for an international transfer and in a different currency, some days more is normal.

Yep... still waiting. Usually my bank processes these kind of stuff early in the morning... So since it isn't here yet, I don't expect it today anymore. Maybe that way it will only be converted to euros today or tomorrow... at these nicer rates.

Haven't received it yet (Portugal). Since I received the e-mail last friday as others here (that already received it), I suppose it will be here very very soon... But at this point, I wish it hasn't reach my bank yet, so that the conversion rate ...

Received the mail as well, almost 2h ago, while driving to work. I had changed some details in my name (first name was indicated twice) in the portal - glad that didn't delay payment for me.

Haven't login in the alpariadministration site since I've chosen FSCS - did it now, and noticed that my name was finally corrected. All seems ready with my account's data.

If your bank account is in EUR, I don't get it why you would ask to open an account in a broker in USD... you like to pay conversion rates and being exposed to an extra risk (the exchange rate fluctuation between the deposit and withdrawal time)? ...

Also done (to FSCS). In my case, though my bank details have not change since I opened the account, they still asked to upload a bank document for the account... I suppose it's because I've asked before to correct the name (my first name appears ...

Like I said, I haven't clicked it, so I cannot vouch... But anyway, the e-mail clearly states: "What ETX Capital Can Offer You" "All funds released by the joint special administrators will be directed into your new ETX Capital account, which will be ...

You guys got to read some more... It's not on the green button, but lower, on: image (note: I haven't clicked it, obviously, because I don't want their help... for now)
- tonirai replied Apr 8, 2015
Yes you did... read from this post on: url You even commented it further down: That mail was meant for you to give permission to ETX to handle your case from now on, meaning they would transfer the funds to your ETX account, once released.

The phrase doesn't say that at all... you are misunderstanding it. The phrase is about account validation, and says: "We are now in a position to contact the first tranche of clients with negative balances. This tranche should cover all clients with ...

Wouldn't that be good? But of course not. They created those for all ex clients - you can either fund it if you wish to trade with them, or wait that ETX receives your money and put it there (if you assign them to do it). Or, as I for now, leave ...
