I think you have opened more than one position and after one trade t.p hit or closed by EA, then all pending orders are closed and EA is unable to find buy stop order. Trade in one pair at the same time then E.A will work properly.

One more issue. Take profit and recovery Take Profit is not working properly. Its increasing the no of pips for both T.P. Some times its not good because market reverse and trade is not closing exactly where it has to close.
