Indicators cannot send orders, only EAs or scripts can do that. As hayseed already mentioned: Mt4 has a 1-click feature.

I am in contact with the developer. He knows about the problem with the strategy tester and will fix it as soon as possible. Outside the strategy tester on real charts the mt4gui works without problems. All the reported problems have been solved.

The settings need to be external = appear in the input properties menu when you attach the indicator. If the settings you need are not available in the properties menu, you need the source code of the indicator and modify it accordingly.
