i dont think you need to have client orders to trade in HFT... you could trading against a market maker / broker .. there is the other kind where you are the market maker .. i.e. letting clients trade against you ... either way the technique & ...

i think i should re-phrase the question... i meant to check if there were any good strategies for very short term TF.. i.., 30-50 second window... ignore the high frequency bit. most of the indicators & strategies work on 1min TF as the shortest TF ...
