HKEX sells historical data too. Says so on the link I provided and you can choose which historical period you want from the online checkout.

Not yet, and not anytime soon. Just in early-stage planning to build a custom app to do it. Still a lot of work to do. Some of those intraday breakouts look enticing. Do you manual or auto trade HSI?

The HKEX sells their data directly. You can get tick data for HK$100/month. url I'm looking for HSI data myself too.

Yes, the period is the average you want. The graph is showing a running average of the ATR. Just look at the latest number to see the most recent average ATR.
