I saw like that on my GBP/USD chart last year... around major holiday like this time... price spiking down and then reset... Unfortunately I deleted the chart from my computer... I got that chart from my earlier broker in my country... And right now ...

Hi... I contact them trough emails and live chat.. Don't forget to send some proof when you file a complaint... for example, your chart in image files, your ticket number and all the transaction details, and maybe the journal history if needed... ...

hmmm... that is weird... in my chart from NF was only 8620 for the high in that time.... I think you are right... it was tricky to use automated trailing stops... but my trailling stop is manual... too bad... if GBP/USD continue to go down, it will ...

nope... I had a short @ 8658 and 8625 is a trailling stop loss to protect my gain... IF it was still open now, at least I can still define where I will harvest my profit....
