Finally got my money back in full, really ETX is very respectful, for 2 times I withdraw more than 50k, and processed in the same day, also thank you all guys here for the support..... It was a very bad experience , thank you god it ended.

They sent to me they need me to send them a resolution board of my company signed by directors to continue my claim, anyone has a template or format of it please? @Papamax

Guess what, still nothing.... But a customer service agent from ETX has called me yesterday.... He told me really a strange thing... That FSCS has paid a payment with wrong amounts to clients "not their real balances", then they took the money back ...

This is taking forever I called them and they said my claim will take up to 6 months from sending application And I sent it in November This is taking forever and not fair at all
