Not for nothing, but Pepper's cTrader was stable even during the swiss floor un-peg event.. not a beat skipped.. So I'm not sure what you're going on about.

Toronto here. Latency to Pepper's servers in NY4 (NJ, next to NYC,) is very minimal for MT4, and there's a cTrader relay in NYC as well. All snappy.
