Are you testing demo or live? Pepper's live accounts are fine.. demo doesn't get as much resources.

Not for nothing, but Pepper's cTrader was stable even during the swiss floor un-peg event.. not a beat skipped.. So I'm not sure what you're going on about.

Toronto here. Latency to Pepper's servers in NY4 (NJ, next to NYC,) is very minimal for MT4, and there's a cTrader relay in NYC as well. All snappy.
