Valid reassoning but are you looking from TDI oversold perspective or overall because looking higher TF on daily or weekly chart there is some room to retrace and maybe grab some liquidity before going up more the daily from TDI is oversold however ...

The set up looks really good, would also take this trade, however I am hesitant because the markets were trending down on the daily TF and on weekly ranging down and for this i would expect not a very long or big move up and soon to change ...

When you say market type should not change what do you mean by that like if cpi negative it continues down and if cpi positive it goes up but latter it goes down with the market type this is what you mean or what?

I exited and reentered with weekly bias there was no momentum and only was standing in the same price range so exited with minimal profit and now in good sell position.
