You need to take partial profits. The way I do it ... I open 4 positions. 3 of them have different take profit. The last one, which has no target price, will be closed when market reverse or my fund closes.

I trade both demo and live accounts using this method. Both are making good profit ... .. Drawdown is never greater than -10%. Growth is stable like VeeFX's chart above.... stable equity curve is what investors are looking for. Pairs ...

Risk is a function of loss ($$ lost when SL got hit) and how probable for the loss to happen. That means a low risk is a small position + an entry where price is very unlikely to reverse against you bfore you manage to put SL to breakeven.

Im using Instaforex, no spread account .. commission only ... Choose Eurica account, dont choose Standard. (but they are both 1 cent per pip account - just enter 0.01 in MT4). Standard is a no commision but just spread. In cost term ... both type ...

A number of positions had died at BE ... I guess the breakout failed again. I feel like I had left too much on the table and now they have vanished. But nvm that, I will just look for new opportunity .... the market will always be here.

My lotsize (fixed lot) is calculated based on 0.5% risk per trade (60 pips SL) ... But the actual SL is less than 40 pips all of the time. I woke up late this morning ... missed another 4 new buy leg opportunity on JPY pairs .. sigh ...
