I've checked again now and i was right. Its the interaction with the previous dealing range, not any internal fractal. If you have seen an example against this please share.

im 90% sure it should be based on the range broken, not simply the most recent fractal but I'll have to go back and double check

He definitely released v2 sometime recently. I'm not in the paid community so dont know what was in the update though. Still working on coding a bit using the free stuff that has come out a d discussed through this thread
