generally the traders we have always think 2-3 years is more enough to bring success from, this market place. but sometimes i feel this time is not enough , minimum 5-8 years needed for all.

for newcomers demo is not an easy source , because they try to bring profit with no learning. so most of the time i prefer micro account for live trading experience.
