Can this indy be coded for MT5?

That is quite a few trades for the ASIAN session. I am only able to trade from 7pm until 11pm est.

Trying to learn a little indicator coding on my own. I tried to add an alert and email function to the following indicator. But I do not think I put it in the correct place. Any help would be appreciated.

Just realized I posted the incorrect indicator I need modified. I tried to put the alert on this one but it alerts all the time, not just when the arrow is present.

Can you fix this indicator to only alert when the arrow is present? I added the alert but it is not in the correct place. file

I found that there is no issue with the indicator, the problem was with another indicator I had on the chart at the same time. If possible can someone add the alert to the first indy I posted. Thanks.
