8k for 2-3 days course? I wonder why these "experts" want to teach you their "secrets"? (Instead of trading their own money...) The market needs loosing traders, so these courses are necessary.

I gained the most from "The Education of a Speculator" by Victor Niederhoffer, and it doesn't even "teach" any miracle ways to trade.

Perhaps you should look into another strategy than one based on daily bars? You can look at daily, weekly and even monthly charts to get a great insight in to the market but to make a systematic trading plan based on them is tough.

Scaling is a good thing, but I would not do it religiously all the time. It depends on the market and the account situation.

I have had accounts with IBFX and can't recall any major issues I had with them, surely they are one of the best forex brokers out there.

I think it is still too high, the bubble is still alive and well. It could be trending down for years, which would be the best thing to happen to American economy in the long run.

IBFX is just running their business like any other (or most) FX broker, all this mess has to be counted in as a necessary evil if you want to trade Forex at this time. You'll just have to make great trades to gain back the pips you lost.

I was trading with IKON and they were like the other good MT4 brokers. Uneducated and ignorant beginners just need to put the blame on somebody else than their own mistakes.

I put 1/2 of previous days range as initial stop, then adjust as the market moves, move it to break even if possible.

At this weekly close level it could go either way next week. Maybe good to wait until US session opens on Monday.

It's close to the end of the month, US election next week and oil is trying to rally too. This rally is most likely just short covering and profit taking. May extend to 1.33-35, good place to put in some short positions.

Oscillators look fancy but they have mostly been negative in my own trading, I have tried them all and made some of my own. When I finally dumped them my trading got a lot better.

It has been falling pretty hard for months now, no surprises today. Hard to say if it will continue this free fall, maybe take a breather soon with the US elections?
