They should be realeasing Version 3 of their platform very soon, which is supposed to have many great improvements. Also any bugs you find, report them and they will usually be fixed right away - they are great at listening to their customers.

I trade with LMAX through FastBrokers. The comission is the same as LMAX, but the advantage is you get an awesome trading platform. They connect through API so there are no bridges or anything to worry about like with metatrader = much faster ...

Don't quote me but I believe they have been around for 4-5 years. I think they mainly catered to large/institutional clients but with the addition of the LMAX feed they started adding more retail clients.
