you should try OANDA, they have low spreads but their charting software isn't so great.

I found this article about Multiple Time Frame Analysis very helpful. Hope you do too. url I do prefer the 4H, but I use mulitlpe time frames when scaning various pairs looking for trade setups. They all should be telling the same story.
