Have a look at CMC it is probably the most simple in the UK Also look at CMS with Visual Trader a US site but has a fabulous demo A/C. I am torn between the two right now

I havnt a clue either on this one but there is a brilliant book called encyclopedia of chart patterns by Thomas Bulkowski which should help you a lot re patterns which includes triangles.I have found it very useful.Good Luck
